This bundle is designed to provide valuable insight into your cardiovascular and vascular health while also evaluating your thyroid. By combining these screenings into a single visit, you'll receive a more comprehensive wellness assessment without the need for multiple appointments.

Includes

• CIMT Cardiovascular Wellness Screening
  Evaluates the thickness of the carotid artery walls and screens for early plaque buildup, providing information about cardiovascular health and stroke risk factors.
• Thyroid Wellness Ultrasound
  Examines the thyroid gland for enlargement, nodules, cysts, and other structural changes that may warrant further evaluation.
• AAA (Abdominal Aortic Aneurysm) Wellness Ultrasound
  Screens the abdominal aorta for enlargement or aneurysm, an important preventive examination, particularly for individuals with cardiovascular risk factors.

Concierge Experience

Your ARDMS-registered sonographer brings portable ultrasound equipment directly to your home, office, or preferred location. Every examination is interpreted by a board-certified radiologist, and a professional report is provided following your appointment.

Appointment Preparation

• Please wear a comfortable shirt that allows access to the neck and upper abdomen.
• Avoid turtlenecks or high-collar clothing if possible.
• A small area with access to a standard electrical outlet is all that's needed for your appointment.
