No doctor’s order is required for wellness screenings. These screenings are designed for clients who want additional insight alongside routine care, annual bloodwork, preventative labs, hormone panels, cardiovascular risk markers, or wellness visits.

Some wellness screenings may be eligible for FSA/HSA benefits, depending on your plan. Please check with your FSA/HSA provider for eligibility.
These screenings are not a replacement for emergency care or a full diagnostic evaluation. If symptoms are urgent or severe, clients should contact their doctor or seek emergency care.
Top Ultrasound provides preventative imaging screenings under protocols overseen by our Medical Director, Alejandro Espinosa-Tello, MD. After booking, you will complete your intake forms through our HIPAA-compliant SimplePractice patient portal, which allows for secure messaging, document upload, and protected communication.
After your in-home screening is completed, an invoice will be generated and you can pay securely through the portal. Some preventative screening services may be eligible for FSA/HSA reimbursement, depending on your plan. Your report and images will be uploaded to your patient portal, and upon request, they can also be securely sent to you or forwarded to your doctor.
