Refund & Cancellation Policy
- Top Ultrasound Image provides mobile ultrasound and preventative wellness screening services. Because our services are appointment-based and performed by a trained ultrasound professional, they are not eligible for a traditional product return.
Service Refunds
- Once an ultrasound exam or screening service has been completed, payments are non-refundable.
- If a patient needs to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we ask that they contact Top Ultrasound at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
- Appointments canceled at least 24 hours in advance may be eligible for a refund or may be rescheduled to a future appointment date.
- Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may not be eligible for a refund, but we will do our best to accommodate rescheduling when possible.
No-Show Appointments
- Patients who do not arrive for their scheduled appointment and do not provide advance notice may not be eligible for
Clinic Events & Screening Daysa refund.
- For private clinic events, member screening days, or group screening services, refund and cancellation terms may vary depending on the event agreement, scheduling requirements, and patient volume.
