Top Ultrasound brings portable ultrasound technology directly to you. All that is needed is access to a standard electrical outlet and enough space for the ultrasound machine and sonographer to comfortably perform the exam. Your scan can be completed in a private area of your home where you feel most comfortable.

Appointment Preparation:
Please be ready at your scheduled appointment time so your scan can begin promptly when Top Ultrasound arrives.

For the pelvic portion of the exam, please drink approximately 20 oz of water about 1 hour before your appointment and avoid emptying your bladder before the scan. A comfortably full bladder helps improve visibility of the pelvic organs.

Please wear a comfortable two-piece outfit for easier access to the neck, breast area, and lower abdomen. Necklaces may need to be removed before the thyroid portion of the exam.

This service is intended for wellness and general imaging awareness. It does not replace mammography, physician evaluation, transvaginal ultrasound, emergency care, or formal diagnostic testing. Images and findings may be shared with your healthcare provider for further review when needed.
