All that is needed is access to a standard electrical outlet and enough space for the ultrasound machine and sonographer to comfortably perform the exam. Your scan can be completed in the area of your home where you feel most comfortable, such as a bedroom, living room, or private open space.

For this exam, please wear a comfortable top that allows easy access to the front of the neck. Avoid turtlenecks or high-collar clothing if possible. Necklaces may need to be removed before the scan begins.
